A crash that was causing traffic delays on I-95 north in Bucks County Wednesday morning has been cleared, 6ABC reports.
The incident happened before 6:30 a.m. approaching the Route 413 exit.
Traffic was backed up to the Street Road exit.
Several motorists were seen driving the wrong direction up the Street Road on-ramp to escape the standstill.
Traffic was moving normally by 7:30 a.m.
