Philadelphia police have placed several traffic closures into effect for Monday's campaign appearance by Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton at Independence Mall.
The following roads are closed for the afternoon and evening:
• Market Street, from 4th to 7th Street
• 5th Street, from Arch to Market Street
• 6th Street, from Arch to Chestnut Street
Doors for the event open at 4:00 p.m. and the program begins at 7:30 p.m. Clinton will be joined by her husband, Bill, President Obama and wife Michelle, and musical guests Jon Bon Jovi and Bruce Springsteen.
