Mayor-elect Jim Kenney is ending 2015 with a bang. He's gifted Philadelphia with a fun little video to tide us over until the new year, and it's full of outtakes from his campaign commercial shoots.
The video features clips of Kenney making funny faces, flubbing his lines, cursing when he makes a mistake and even doing a few impressions. It's Kenney showing the city he is a regular guy, just like you: he, too, may let an expletive slide now and then and, yes, he also loves funny YouTube videos.
