Larry Bird doesn’t look thrilled about being at the Sixers-Pacers game

An all-time great, Larry Bird unquestionably has plenty of memories from playing against the Philadelphia 76ers during his incredible career with the Boston Celtics. Some of them are good (coming back from down 3-1 in 1981) and some of them are not so good (losing Game 7 in Boston in 1982).

Regardless of the final result, the Sixers-Celtics rivalry in the 80s was as intense as it gets:

Now the president of basketball operations for the Indiana Pacers in his home state, Bird’s team in the thick of the playoff race. Yet despite the great importance of Monday night’s Sixers-Pacers game, Larry Legend doesn’t seem all that thrilled to be there.

The Pacers are currently up 11 late in the game, and the only greater upset than a Sixers win would be Bird cracking a smile.
