Agnes Zhelesnik, 102, teaches at The Sundance School in New Jersey.

At 102 years old, one New Jersey teacher is living proof that you are never too old to do what you love.

Agnes Zhelesnik, believed to be America's oldest working teacher, teaches cooking and sewing classes at The Sundance School in North Plainfield, Somerset County. She turned 102 on Tuesday.

"See my two legs? They still move," she told CBSNews in 2014 just before her 100th birthday.

Now, two years later, Zhelesnik, affectionately called "Granny" by her students, says she has no plans to retire anytime soon.

"This is happiness for me," she told The Seventy Four. "I don't get tired when I'm happy."

A homemaker most of her life, Zhelesnik started working at Sundance at the age of 81.

"There are messages in education," the school’s principal, W.J. O’Reilly, told The Seventy Four.

"When I see her at nearly 102 with 3-year-olds and interacting in this way, I can't even begin to understand the profundity of that kind of interaction. Some say that the only way the generations get a chance to spend time together is through poverty. Here we have the luxury of her presence at all times."

Zhelesnik's 72-year-old daughter, who is also named Agnes, is also a teacher at Sundance.
