Police are searching for two male suspects they say stole a woman's purse off the back of a bar stool at a Center City restaurant.
The incident occurred at Jose Pistola's in the Rittenhouse section of the city.
In the video, released by the Philadelphia Police Department, the two men are seen standing behind the woman, who is seated on a stool near the bar. One appears to order a drink while the other snags the purse, police say. The two then leave the bar.
Soon afterward, police say fraudulent charges were made on the victim's credit cards.
Police describe one of the suspects as a black male who is about 35 years old, 6 feet tall and 250 pounds with a heavy build, full beard and mustache. He was wearing a blue-and-white striped shirt, blue jean shorts and black sneakers.
The other suspect is described as a black or Hispanic light-complected male who is about 25 years old and 5 feet 7 inches tall with a thin build and goatee. He was wearing a white T-shirt and gray shorts.
