You can turn a casual Sunday evening into a night of witnessing the musical greatness of Queen Bey this weekend.
American Express is partnering with Uber to give away tickets to see Beyoncé’s sold-out "Formation World Tour" show at Lincoln Financial Field on June 5.
If you're interested in snagging a pair of passes, you're going to have to download Uber if you don't have it yet. Then, Uber says to take these three steps to enter the contest:
• Enter code FORMATIONAMEX in the Uber app to unlock the special “FORMATION” view
• Request a ride in the “FORMATION” view at 6 p.m. on June 5, the day of show in Philadelphia
• If connected with a “FORMATION” ride, you’ll be picked up and transported to the concert venue free of charge – your Uber driver will have your tickets
• After the show, request an uberX for your complimentary ride home
There are a few things to know before trying to win Sunday. First, the contest is for two tickets per person, so you have one other guest. Also, if you win but aren't ready to go when the car arrives, you don't get the tickets.
So definitely get in your concert gear and make sure your buddy comes over early. The last thing you want to happen is to win Beyoncé tickets and have them drive off to some other lucky fan because your friend took a 40-minute shower.
