Woman in critical condition after throat slashed in Kensington

The victim, who is unable to speak because of the injury, has not yet been identified

A white female who appears to be in her 30s is in critical condition at Temple University Hospital after she was found in Kensington with a 12-inch slash across her throat, CBSPhilly and FOX29 report. 

The victim's identity is unknown at this time, as she is unable to speak due to her injuries and was found without any identification, according to CBSPhilly and FOX29.

She was found lying on Frankford Avenue near East Cambria Street at around 3 a.m. by two women who helped administer aid and call police.
