The Chinese Friendship Gate at 10th and Arch marks the entrance to Chinatown.

On Oct. 13, the streets of Chinatown will be packed with entertainment, food trucks and the sounds of karaoke. The Ye Shi Market, taking place 7-11 p.m., will occupy 10th Street (from Arch to Vine streets) and Race Street (from Ninth to 11th streets).

The list of participating food vendors is long. Chinatown staples like Yakitori Boy and Sakura Mandarin will be serving up dishes, along with a range of food trucks.

The main entertainment will be provided by DJ Ronnie D and the Philadelphia Suns' lion and dragon dance team. Of course, guests are invited to create their own entertainment and join in karaoke.

Demonstrations will round out the night, including one on karate.
