Braised lamb shoulder at Zahav.

Throughout the month of February, guests can head to the Israel restaurant Zahav for a special four-course feast featuring the spot's famous braised lamb shoulder.

Normally, ordering the lamb is reserved for large parties at $54 per person because of the weeks-long process to cook, brine, and dry age, but during the Lamb Shack event, everyone gets a four-course meal for $45 each.

Prepare for hummus, salads, small plates and dessert to accompany the pièce de résistance.

This will be the second year that Zahav has hosted the Lamb Shack and will include a full bar for 2016.

You can also make the iconic lamb shoulders at home with chef Michael Solomonov's cookbook.
