AXS is the official ticketing partner for Parx Casino^®. AXS provides enhanced and convenient ticket purchase options including a new marketplace to safely and securely sell and transfer tickets through AXS Mobile ID. This transition will be seamless to fans, we look forward to welcoming you to the Xcite Center. Please see below for key frequently asked questions about the transition and about the features of AXS.

• Where can I buy tickets?

  You can purchase tickets from the Parx Casino^® website and starting May 23, 2022, you can purchase tickets on AXS.com.

• Will the tickets I purchased on HoldMyTicket still work?

  Yes! Your original HoldMyTicket tickets are still valid for entry at the venue. You can proceed to the doors and enjoy the show.

• Do I need to get new tickets if I purchased on HoldMyTicket?

  Nope. Your original HoldMyTicket tickets are still valid for entry at the venue. You can proceed to the doors and enjoy the show.

• What is AXS Mobile ID? What do I use it for?

  AXS Mobile ID is an identity-based, digital ticketing technology that is now the preferred way to enter Parx Casino^® events. AXS Mobile ID gives you the ability to transfer, sell and buy seats through an official resale marketplace. This new feature brings state-of-the-art experiences to fans along with the flexibility and convenience of safely and securely managing their tickets on AXS.com or in the AXS App. Click here for more information about AXS Mobile ID. Download the AXS App on the App Store or on Google Play. AXS Mobile ID allows for convenience, flexibility and security. You can manage tickets digitally, transfer or sell tickets when needed (if applicable), and remain assured that all tickets are authentic and secure.

• I have an issue with my order, who should I reach out to for help?

  If you purchased your tickets before May 23, 2022, get help from HoldMyTicket. If you purchased your tickets after May 22, 2022, get help from AXS.

• I can't find my tickets, who should I reach out to for help?

  If you purchased your tickets before May 23, 2022, get help from HoldMyTicket. If you purchased your tickets after May 22, 2022, get help from AXS.

• My show has been canceled, what do I need to do?

  Refunds are available at the original point of purchase. If you purchased your tickets online before May 23, 2022, HoldMyTicket will automatically issue your refund. If you purchased your tickets online after May 22, 2022, AXS will automatically issue your refund back to the original credit card. If you paid cash for your tickets, and would like a refund, please visit our gift shop/box office. Hours of operation are: Monday – Thursday: CLOSED, Friday & Saturday: 12pm – 10pm, Sunday: 12pm – 8pm Please Note: Refunds typically post to your statement within 30 business days from the cancellation announcement.

• My show has been postponed or rescheduled, what do I need to do?

  Keep an eye on your inbox. If you purchased your tickets online before May 23, 2022, HoldMyTicket will send you information about next steps. If you purchased your tickets online after May 22, 2022, AXS will send you information about next steps.

• Box Office Hours

  The Xcite Center Box Office is conveniently located at the Gift Shop inside Parx Casino^®, located at 2999 Street Road, Bensalem, PA 19020.
  
  The operating hours* are the following:
  Monday - Thursday: Closed
  Friday & Saturday: 12pm - 10pm
  Sunday: 12pm - 8pm
  
  *Hours subject to change. On show days, the box office is located next to the Xcite Center and will be open from **4pm-10pm. This location is only open during the day of the event. **Sales for shows day will end one hour after the start of the event. Hours subject to change.

• Making a Purchase

  Ticket purchases may be made in person, by phone or securely online. Please have a photo ID and the credit card with which you purchased your tickets to show the box office associate upon request. You must be 21 years of age or older and not on the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board self-exclusion or state exclusion lists to enter Parx Casino^® or its venues.

• AXS Call Center

  Can't reach the box office during normal business hours? Call the AXS Call Center at 1-888-929-7849.
  
  AXS Call Center hours are:
  Monday - Friday: 9am-9pm EST
  Saturday & Sunday: 1pm-9pm EST

• Seating/ADA

  All seating will be either reserved or general admission. Patrons requiring special seating consideration due to a medical condition should contact AXS at 1-888-929-7849 to make arrangements. The option to buy ADA seating is also available online and in person at our box office.

• Door Time

  Doors for events typically will be an hour before the performance starts. Door times will be on the event page and on your e-ticket.

• Showroom Policy

  Use of cameras, photographic or video equipment, or recording devices of any nature, including but not limited to cell phones, tablets, cameras, video recorders, are strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Parx Casino^®. No glass may be brought into the facility. Any outside drinks must be in a plastic container. The possession by any person of a deadly weapon, stun gun or other device designed to injure or incapacitate a person, within this facility without the express written consent of Parx Casino^® is prohibited. Parx Casino^® reserves the right to inspect any package or bag being brought into its licensed facility.
