The 11th Annual Greenfest Philly will take place at Headhouse Square on Sept. 11. As the largest environmental festival in the Philadelphia area, Greenfest is the place to learn about sustainable living.

There will be over 150 vendors and exhibitors for attendees to check out at the family-friendly event. All exhibitors must pass the Clean Air Council staff's inspection to ensure they are providing service, information or goods that are sustainable.

Besides offering a place to shop green, the festival will have live music, a clothing swap, free adult and kids’ yoga, an outdoor beer garden, vegan and vegetarian cooking demonstrations, a chance to taste bugs, organic food and a huge rock climbing wall.

There will also be a section dedicated solely to kids, where they can do crafts and pick up healthy snacks.

Those who decide to take a sustainable mode of transportation and bike over will receive complimentary bike valet.

The festival is free to attend. Just pay-as-you-go when shopping and eating.
