CHeU to host tiki night with tropical drinks, Hawaiian food

Pretend you're on a beach somewhere

"We cook what we like to eat — it’s personal, no matter what we put in front of you," reads CHeU Noodle Bar's "About Us" page.

On April 24, the Center City restaurant is throwing a tiki night, inspired by chef-owner Ben Puchowitz's recent visit to Hawaii and chefs Justin Bacharach and Bryan Donovan's tiki bar-hopping in Los Angeles.

There will be a special menu that includes tropical cocktails, like the Piña Colada and Mai Tai, and Hawaiian-inspired dishes, like poke bowls and coconut shrimp.

Tiki Night will run from 5-10 p.m.

The noodle bar won't be taking reservations. Just walk in and pretend you're on a beach somewhere.
