As Melissa Alam mentioned in her recent "Five for Friday" feature, female co-working space The Hive is hosting its first Fearless Philly Conference on Saturday, Nov. 21. The female-centric conference vows to bring "together women in an explosion of inspiration and ambition," and if it follows through with its mission, the day should make for some killer networking.

Naama Bloom, founder and CEO of feminine care product subscription service HelloFlo.com, and Miki Agrawal, CEO and co-founder of THINX period-proof underwear, will be the conference's keynote speakers. Throughout the day, panel sessions will feature ROAR For Good CEO Yasmine Mustafa, Philly restaurateur Nicole Marquis, City Fit Girls co-founder Takia McClendon, Drink Philly founder Adam Schmidt, Curalate's Brendan Lowry and Society of Grownups' Mary Thibault. Of course, Alam will give the day's opening remarks.

With all of these powerhouse women all in one room, it sounds like a fun (and productive) way to spend a Saturday.
