There will soon be a new restaurant taking a coveted spot off Rittenhouse Square, this time from the man behind Harp & Crown, Double Knot, Sampan, and other popular concepts in Philadelphia.

Michael Schulson's latest Philadelphia restaurant is headed for the 1700 block of Locust Street, right between Stephen Starr's French bistro Parc and the Warwick Hotel's Prime Rib

According to Philly.com, Schulson is aiming to open the new concept -- which is currently unnamed -- by the end of 2018.

The news is just the latest of Schulson's growing restaurant empire. Last month, it was reported that Schulson will continue to take over some of Midtown Village's 13th Street real estate, this time with a new steakhouse slated to open right beside his all-day café and Japanese restaurant, Double Knot, which already sits beside Schulson's Sampan and adjacent outdoor Graffiti Bar.

Schulson is also opening an all-day Italian bakery/café in partnership with Termini Bros. at 1521 Sansom St., next to Harp & Crown, which is slated for an opening this summer. The restaurant, Giuseppe & Sons, will include an Italian bakery/cafe and downstairs restaurant, which sounds similar to the layout at Double Knot.

Earlier this year, shortly after Marc Vetri parted ways with URBN, Schulson co-purchased Osteria, formerly Vetri's long-running Italian restaurant on North Broad Street, to revamp the spot's menu and space.

Other brands within the Schulson Collective include Independence Beer Garden and DK Sushi, a Double Knot outpost at Franklin's Table on the University of Pennsylvania campusSchulson's restaurants also include Atlantic City's Izakaya, housed in the Borgata, and Monkitail in Hollywood, Fla.
