A Philadelphia-based motorcycle accessory retailer company was named last week as one of the best medium-sized business to work in the United States.

RevZilla was ranked 44th on the "100 Best Medium Workplaces" list compiled annually by Fortune Magazine and Great Place to Work.

More than 52,000 workers were surveyed nationwide on a variety of questions regarding workplace quality. To determine the list, the magazine examined American companies that employed between 100 and 999 people.

RevZilla, which is headquartered at the Navy Yard in South Philadelphia, was founded in 2007 by Anthony Bucci, Nick Auger and Matthew Kull and currently has 208 employees.

“As founders, we have made the RevZilla experience a priority from day one -- above all, we value the customers’ experiences interacting with our team as well as our employees’ experiences working within our company,” said Anthony Bucci, CEO of RevZilla. “This ranking shows that, as our company continues to grow, we have always protected our core values and commitment to providing TeamZilla with the tools, support and leadership to stay happy and productive. It’s a privilege to lead a team that has true passion and enthusiasm for the work that we do and the orange community we’ve created.”

Based on feedback from 137 employees, RevZilla received high marks for its workplace environment. The company boasted over 95-percent approval rates in atmosphere, communication, pride and bosses.

Earlier this year, RevZilla was also recognized as one of the "100 Best Workplaces for Millennials." The company was ranked 10th in June when 81 percent of employees were Millennials.

RevZilla specializes in retailing motorcycle jackets, apparel, helmets, gear and accessories.
