Kevin C. Shelly was a reporter for PhillyVoice. He has covered South Jersey for 35 years, including time as an investigative and enterprise reporter. He’s been an editor and reporter. He’s reported on government, casinos, business, the environment and crime. The New Jersey Press Association has recognized his work six times in five categories. The Society of Professional Journalists has honored him for investigative reporting. Gannett honored him for narrative writing. He’s written for The Wine Spectator, Philadelphia, Inside Jersey, New Jersey Monthly and Field & Stream. He lives on the left bank of the Cooper River.
