It's a busy weekend in Philly.

The Philadelphia Auto Show is in town. A new series at the Fairmount Park Horticulture Center is kicking off. The Please Touch Museum is debuting a new exhibit. Eighties music is making a comeback at the Kimmel.

There's something for everyone in our roundup of things to do Feb. 1-3.

Philly POPS to perform '80s hits this February at Kimmel Center

The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts at Broad and Locust streets.

Throw on some leg warmers and head to a concert at Verizon Hall this weekend. The orchestra, joined by Broadway stars, will be dressed in '80s costumes – and the audience is invited to join in the fun, too!

Tickets are currently still available for all three shows.


Proceeds from new Love City Brewing beer to support Sunday Love Project

Here's a way to feel all warm and fuzzy during this cold, cold weekend. Do something for those in need. You can help out a local nonprofit just by buying a beer at Love City Brewing in Callowhill.


Ice bar, Pegsicle, to return to La Peg's beer garden

Tired of being cooped up inside? Go drink at an ice bar serving mulled wine, spiked hot chocolate and seasonal beers. Just make sure to wear lots of layers and try to grab a spot by the fire pits.

Chef Peter Woolsey will use a chainsaw and set of Japanese ice chisels to create the bar Friday evening, and the public is invited to watch.


Pretend it's summer during "Getaway at the Greenhouse" in Fairmount Park

Saturday, make plans to go to a place with sand, exotic plants, lounge chairs and cocktails. 

There's a new series at the Horticulture Center and it's the perfect escape from this winter weather.

The Auto Show is back this Saturday. View the collection of exotic and classic cars, and the latest and greatest from popular car brands.


Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast Day inspires Weckerly’s and Cake Life to team up

Celebrate this very important holiday on Saturday in Fishtown. Purchase the collaborative breakfast-inspired sundae and a portion of proceeds will go to The Fund for the School District of Philadelphia.

Shop at a woman's festival and help oppose violence

The second Feminist Flea Market and Craft Fair is happening at Underground Arts on Saturday. All proceeds from the $3 entry fee will be donated to the non-profit advocacy group Women Organized Against Rape (WOAR).


Please Touch Museum's new exhibit explores Muslim cultures in Philly and the world

"America to Zanzibar" opens Saturday. Take your little ones to explore the new exhibit, which includes historic artifacts on loan from the Free Library of Philadelphia and the Penn Museum, as well as artwork by Philadelphia-based Muslim artists.


Sign your team up for an indoor mini golf tournament at Linvilla Orchards

Saturday there will be a tournament for adults with prizes for winners, challenges on the course and brews from New Jersey's Ship Bottom Brewery. The next day, there will be a tournament for families.
