In anticipation of the opening of its new Delaware County store, Wegmans Food Markets plans to hire hundreds of part-time employees, the company announced Monday.
The 111,000-square-foot store, located at the Brandywine Mills shopping center on Route 202 in Glen Mills, is set to open Nov. 8.
The retailer plans to hire 450 new people from the local area, including 325 part-timers for a variety of departments.
Full-time positions are also available for culinary and restaurant positions at The Pub, Wegmans’ casual family restaurant.
