Rutgers University-Camden has begun construction on a $60 million project that includes a three-story faculty building and renovations to historic rowhomes on Cooper Street. The project sits within the Cooper Street Historic District, which was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1989. The buildings will serve the Faculty of Arts & Sciences.
