Back in 2003, "Wicked" first premiered on Broadway at the Gershwin Theatre.
Since then, much has changed, expect for the popularity of the musical. It is the ninth longest running Broadway show.
"Wicked" will be at the Academy of Music beginning July 26. Tickets for the show will go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 14.
The musical is told from the perspective of the witches of the Land of Oz, namely the Wicked Witch of the West and her unlikely friend Glinda the Good Witch.
The score includes the hits “Defying Gravity,” “Popular” and “For Good.”
