Chris Long still intends on getting Ken Flajole tattoo, and a body location has been decided

Prior to the Philadelphia Eagles' Super Bowl appearance, defensive end Chris Long made a bet with linebackers coach Ken Flajole that he would get a picture of Flajole's face tattooed on his body if the Eagles won the big game.

"I made a really dumb bet with my linebacker coach that I would get a portrait of his face if we won the Super Bowl," Long, who already sports an impressive amount of ink, told longtime NFL receiver and current NFL Network analyst Steve Smith. "Look him up on Google. Hopefully I'll have a Ken Flajole tattoo."

In case you missed it, the Eagles did indeed win the Super Bowl. Long has not yet gotten the tattoo, but Flajole said on Monday that Long intends on honoring the bet.

"He showed me the picture," Flajole explained. "He showed me where it's going. He hasn't done it yet. He said he's putting it on his lat (latissimus dorsi), or on his back."

Flajole then pointed to the area on his body where Long said he was going to get the tattoo (shown to the right).

"I wont be there," said Flajole. "I'll just see it when it's done and trust him that it'll look something like me.

"I hope it's before we kick off the new season. I thought it'd be done by now. I gave him a little leeway on it. I actually gave him a way to get out of it. I said, 'Hey listen Chris, you don't have to do this. You don't want to be explaining to your kids when you're my age, who the heck is this guy on your arm or your back.' But he said, 'I'm going to get it done,' so I trust him, and we'll see where it goes."

We will update this important news story as it develops.
