Santiago's body was found on Aug. 20 on the 700 block of Hillsdale Road in East Bradford Township after being spotted by a motorist.

On Friday, four male defendants were charged with setting up a sham drug deal with Santiago in order to rob him.

According to prosecutors, Onrey Winfield was an acquaintance of Santiago's and set up the deal with Gerald Myers with the intention of robbing the teen, bringing along defendants and Coatesville natives Darrell Woodward and Byron Stevens.

During the deal, the defendants allegedly robbed Santiago of a quarter ounce of marijuana and $30, then shot him and dumped his body alongside the road.

According to an affidavit, Miller helped arrange the drug deal and was a part of the conspiracy to rob and kill Santiago.
