While you’re reading this, North Philly's Kevin Hart could be saying “I do” to his fiancée Eniko Parrish.
Rumors of their nuptials started flying back in September 2015 when he told "Entertainment Tonight" that he was getting married on Aug. 8, 2016. Hart said:
"So if you wanted a piece, you better take that want and put it in your pocket, because you ain’t gonna get it, because it’s happening August 8th. ... That's right ladies. I've got to put this chocolate in the freezer."
Today is Aug. 8, so what's up, Kevin?
Hart was spotted near the Georgia-Alabama line yesterday on his way to Columbus, Alabama, for a show last night. Hours before the show, resident Dillon Harris saw Hart and caught up with the 37-year-old for a 6-second video of pure elation.
Hart and Parrish got engaged Aug. 17, 2014. For the occasion, he sported a stylish, white, collared shirt with a huge lightning bolt on the front.
Six weeks ago, Parrish posted a picture on Instagram at what seemed like a bachelorette party, only adding to the hype for their potential wedding today.
So, we’re taking these rumors as rumors for now, but he could well be on the altar tonight — maybe.
One thing is definite though, Hart posted on Instagram that he was creating more than 150 emoji faces and GIFs that will be available soon on his app soon. His brief video preview below is nothing short of his usual funny self, bad language included, so beware before clicking play.
