As we noted in our Dallas Cowboys dumpster fire piece, running back Ezekiel Elliott is kind of a jackass, and he may eventually pay for it.
According to Mike Fisher of 105.3 The Fan in Dallas, Elliott is in trouble again, after he was reportedly involved in an altercation with a bouncer in a club.
Elliott has been under investigation by the NFL for 11-plus months now, stemming from an incident, or rather a pattern of alleged abuse over the span of several days in July of 2016, in which Elliott's girlfriend filed a report with police.
While under investigation, Elliott pulled down a woman's shirt during a St. Patrick's Day party, exposing her breast on camera.
A few weeks ago, ESPN's Adam Schefter hinted at potential discipline heading Elliott’s way. Schefter then followed up those early hints with a video in which he said that there is "agrowing sense that he could face some sort of short suspension here in the coming weeks at some point once the NFL wraps up it’s investigation."
Throw another Elliott off-field incident on the pile. We'll update as more details emerge.
