Kristen Oswald, of Royersford, Montgomery County, died during an Ironman triathlon in Ohio on Sunday after being struck by a commercial truck struck while she was cycling on the course.

Police in South Jersey last week arrested three people and seized several thousands of vaping cartridges laced with marijuana.

The street value of cartridges was about $110,000, according to the Gloucester Township Police Department.

On May 21, police said Officer Doug Wallace stopped a Nissan Sentra in the township. An investigation revealed 2,999 cartridges in the car, each believed to contain a half-gram of THC oil, according to police.

The people arrested were not identified.

THC, or tetrahydrocannabinol, is one of at least 113 cannabinoids identified in cannabis. It is the principal psychoactive constituent of cannabis.

The department will hold a press conference at 10:30 a.m. Thursday to officially announce the arrest and warn the community of the potential misuse of electronic cigarettes.
