The third suspect was arrested following last week's assault on two Philadelphia school police officers.
Edwin Burgos, 23, was taken into custody Monday for his involvement in the assault.
Burgos has been charged with two counts each of criminal conspiracy, aggravated assault, simple assault and related charges.
The incident occurred May 2 on the 1900 block of Cottman Avenue.
Two officers were attempting to break up a fight between two of the suspects and two Northeast High School students. After the combatants were separated, the two assailants and another man attacked the officers.
The two other suspects were arrested last week. Roger Millington, 19, turned himself in Wednesday and an unidentified juvenile was arrested Thursday.
