Beanie Sigel says he will 'never' play in Philly again after Katt Williams fight

Rapper and South Philadelphia native Beanie Sigel was none-too-impressed with his hometown's behavior after Sunday night's onstage scuffle involving comedian Katt Williams and a fan.

Sigel took to Instagram Tuesday night to not only defend Williams, who had his own video response to the event, but to point blame at the Trocadero Theatre for having what he called the "worst" security. The incident was embarrassing, he said, because his family members -- who he claims had never watched him perform live before -- were in the audience.

From Beanie Sigel's Instagram account:

"[sic] ... so for the level of disrespect that was shown to me my family and KATT I will never I mean NEVER do a show in Philadelphia again!!!!. A good friend of mine once told me 'a wise man dont learn from his own mistakes he learns from the mistakes of others.'"

Sigel performed alongside Jahlil Beats on Sunday night. Williams, who was in town for a stand-up show at Temple University's Liacouras Center, has since been arrested for allegedly threatening to kill his bodyguard during an attack inside his Gainesville, Georgia, home. He appeared in court Wednesday morning.

According to Ticketmaster, Sigel currently has no future concerts planned.
