It'll be easier to celebrate Sixers wins this season if your cat loses a few pounds first.

Cat lovers, get in line: The Amazing Acro-Cats will put on a show at a kitty-filled circus Thursday, July 9 through Sunday, July 12 at Painted Bride Art Center. They will perform with the all-feline band The Rock Cats for six shows.

The Acro-Cats is a touring group of domestic cats that perform tricks like skateboarding, walking a high-wire and running a kitty agility course. The group, which features cats named Asti, Buggles, Fiji, Oz and Pudge, hails from Chicago. The Rock Cats play real instruments which presumably make some kind of music.

The show is led by animal trainer and animal welfare activist Samantha Martin and is currently on a national tour. A portion of the proceeds from the Philly weekend of events will go to the Philadelphia Community Cats Council, too.
