Jason Peters to star in The Fast and the Furious 23, or whatever they're up to in that series.

According to former San Jose Mercury News reporter Mike Rosenberg, the Eagles are below the league average in arrests over the last five years. Rosenberg tallied the arrests for every team in the NFL, and noted that over the last 260 weeks (five years), there have been 260 arrests. The Eagles accounted for seven of those arrests.

Here are the seven Eagles arrests (with one player accounting for two arrests) that I was able to find, via an NFL arrest website:

 PlayerDate What'd he do?
Nate Allen2-16-15 Pulled over in Fort Myers, Fla., after a girl said she saw a man exposing himself.
Keelan Johnson7-18-14 Accused of striking police officer, disorderly conduct during disturbance at a bar in Tempe, Ariz.
Jason Peters6-12-13 Accused of drag racing and resisting arrest in Monroe, La.
Dion Lewis7-8-12 Charged with falsely reporting a fire and reckless endangerment. Police said he and his brother tried to knock down door at hotel.
Akeem Jordan6-19-11 Accused of assasult and battery after incident at bar in Harrisonburg, Va.
Jason Peters3-26-11 Accused of playing loud music, disturbing the peace in Shreveport, La.
King Dunlap3-4-11 Accused of reckless driving and disorderly conduct in Nashville after allegedly driving his Escalade onto sidewalk near arena.

Nate Allen was technically "arrested," but his inclusion is completely unwarranted, as he was fully exonerated of any wrongdoing. Dion Lewis' charges were also dismissed. If you take away Allen's and Lewis' arrests, the Eagles have as many arrests over the last five years as Rams wide receiver Kenny Britt.

Only two Eagles currently on the roster are known to have been arrested over the last five years. Jason Peters was arrested twice while with the team, and the only other current Eagle who was arrested while playing for another team was OG John Moffitt. According to the arrest website, Moffitt was "banned from mall in Bellevue, Wash., in January 2012, he later was accused of trespassing there, obstructing police and public urination."
