Ryan Mathews will play. Nelson Agholor will not.

The Eagles released their inactives against the Cowboys. Of the players in question, DeMeco Ryans will not play, but RB Ryan Mathews will. The biggest news from earlier in the week was of course that Jason Peters will not play. Here is the full list of Eagles' and Cowboys' inactives:

EaglesEagles inactives

• LT Jason Peters: As we reported yesterday, Peters is out due to back spasms. To see how that will affect the Eagles' line, check out our piece on that here.

ILB DeMeco Ryans: With incredible talent and depth at ILB, there's little reason to rush Ryans back if there's a question as to whether or not he should play.

WR Nelson Agholor: This will be Agholor's third missed game with an ankle injury. He was originally listed as questionable.

DE Brandon Bair (groin): Bair has played well in a reserve role for the Eagles, but is a (relatively) healthy scratch, as he was listed as probable. The Eagles have plenty of depth along their defensive line.

• LB Brad Jones: Jones is a healthy scratch. Again, the Eagles are loaded at ILB.

• CB Denzel Rice: Rice will be a healthy scratch as long as the Eagles stay healthy.

• QB Thad Lewis: Lewis continues his "Matt Barkley inactive #3 QB" role.

There is nothing overly noteworthy about the Cowboys' inactives. They will be without WR Brice Butler, LG Ronald Leary, QB Kellen Moore, TE Geoff Swaim, DE Ryan Russell, CB Corey White, and RB Trey Williams.
