Cam is 9-0.

Week 10 of the NFL season is in the books. There are no new obituaries, but the Rams are on life support. Here's this week's Hierarchy/Obituary.

GRAVEYARD

Graveyard after Week 9

HIERARCHY

Rams10) Rams (4-5)

If you took Case Keenum's career numbers and compared them with the starting quarterbacks in the NFL this season, here is where he would rank:

 Case KeenumStat Rank
 QB rating72.231
 Completion %55.2%32
 Yards per attempt6.6529

Nick Foles was so bad that the Rams benched him for Keenum. This team is nearly dead.

Redskins

9) Redskins (4-5)

Ugh. Now they're all doing it:

Eagles8) Eagles (4-5)

For the sake of getting my money's worth on this video, here's what's going through Miles Austin's head when he plays football:

Giants7) Giants (5-5)

How does a not-that-talented team lead the NFC East? Well, to begin, the NFC East is awful. But also, the Giants have the best turnover differential in the NFL, and it's really not even all that close:

 TeamTurnover diff Team Turnove diff
 Giants+13 Falcons
 Chiefs+8  Bears-1
 Panthers+8  Texans-1
 Packers+7  49ers-1
 Patriots+6  Raiders-1
 Bills+5  Broncos-2
 Steelers+5  Dolphins-3
 Rams+4  Saints-4
 Eagles+4  Jaguars-4
 Bengals+3  Browns-5
 Jets+3  Chargers-5
 Vikings+2  Colts-7
 Seahawks+1  Titans-8
 Cardinals+1  Cowboys-8
 Buccaneers Ravens-10
 Redskins Lions-10

010815Seahawks6) Seahawks (4-5)

Here are the teams the Seahawks have beaten this season:

 OpponentWins Losses
 Bears
 Lions
 49ers
 Cowboys
 TOTAL11 25

Falcons5) Falcons (6-3)

For the final time this season, I'm invoking my right not to write about a team coming off their bye.

Vikings4) Vikings (7-2)

Everyone keeps ignoring the Vikings, and they just keep winning. Five in a row. Seriously though -- Has anyone watched a Vikings game from start to finish this year?

010915Packers3) Packers (6-3)

During their three game skid, the Packers have not been able to run the ball, and it has gotten progressively worse:

 OpponentRush Yards YPC TD
 Broncos21 90 4.3
 Packers1971 3.7
 Lions18 47 2.6
 TOTAL58 208 3.6

Aaron Rodgers CAN do it himself. Sometimes. But he's banged up and needs the run game to take some of the pressure off of him.

Cardianls2) Cardinals (7-2)

Old sellout friend Sheil Kapadia is impressed with the Cardinals in his new gig covering the Seattle Seahawks:

I've seen the Cardinals, Carolina Panthers, Cincinnati Bengals and Green Bay Packers live this season. I think the Cardinals are the best and most complete team out of that group.

I'm inclined to agree, but for the purposes of the hierarchy, clearly the undefeated team has to be No. 1.

Panthers helmet1) Panthers (9-0)

The Panthers won't go undefeated, but here is their schedule the rest of the way:

 OpponentWins Losses
 Redskins
 Cowboys
 Saints
 Falcons
 Giants
 Falcons
 Buccaneers

As you can see, the Panthers have just one team remaining on their schedule (the Falcons, twice) who have a winning record, and they have recently revealed themselves to be frauds.

You can go ahead and pencil in Carolina for a first round bye.
