A former bus driver is accused of having sexual contact with two students, prosecutors announced Wednesday.

The Berks County District Attorney's Office says Arthur Fick allegedly assaulted two female victims while employed as a driver for Quigley Bus Service, which provides transportation for the Oley School District.

According to authorities, detectives received a tip about the alleged assaults in December 2015 and launched a child abuse investigation.

Detectives say they interviewed the first victim, now 16, who allleges that she was in the 5th grade in 2008 when Flick had indecent sexual contact with her on a bus.

The victim told detectives Flick assaulted her multiple times, prosecutors say.

The alleged abuse was reported to Oley school authorities by the victim's mother, and Flick was terminated, according to authorities.

In February, detectives say they were contacted by a second victim who told them she was assaulted by Flick sometime around 2001 when she was a student.

The victim, who now lives out of state, said she was somewhere in between pre-K and the 5th grade when the assaults occurred.

Flick surrendered to authorities Tuesday accompanied by his attorney. He has been arraigned and his unsecured bail was set at $25,000.
