15 concerts you need to see in February

Elton John, a "Gossip Girl," and Chris Brown are heading to Philly

January tends to be a wash as far as concerts go; it's cold and people have yet to emerge from post-holiday hibernation. February, though, is full of fun acts coming to Philadelphia. This month sees the legendary Elton John heading to Reading, Chris Brown, Trey Songz and Tyga rocking the Wells Fargo Center, and "Gossip Girl" actress Leighton Meester stopping by on a new tour. Jamie Cullum

Grammy and Golden Globe nominee Cullum is known for his jazz music and soulful sound. His new album, "Interlude," was just released in the United States in January.
