17 people displaced after South Philly fire

Seventeen people were forced from their homes Sunday after a suspected arson fire spread from a construction site to several rowhouses in South Philadelphia, NBC10 is reporting.

The fire started at a construction site for a new apartment and retail building at Snyder and Juniper Street early Sunday morning and struck out at around 7 a.m. No one was injured during the blaze, but residents in Snyder Avenue were evacuated.
