Celebrity motorcyclists in Kiehl’s LifeRide for AIDS research to finish in Philly

Update, August 12, 9:54 a.m.: Scott Patterson, who plays Luke on "Gilmore Girls" is no longer available for the event. The date has also been moved to Friday, Aug. 12 at 1:30 p.m., due to "unforeseen circumstances."

The Annual Kiehl’s LifeRide for the American Foundation for AIDS research (amfAR) is an 11-day multistate charitable motorcycle ride throughout the country's Northeast section. This year, the ride ends on Aug. 13 at the Philadelphia Kiehl's store in Center City.

Four of the celebrity riders will be available for meet and greets at the finish. Scott Patterson, who plays Luke on "Gilmore Girls;" Gilles Marini, an actor from "Teen Wolf" and scene-stealer in the first "Sex and the City" movie; Grant Reynolds, TV host from "What Could Possibly Go Wrong?;" and Ben Cohen, former professional rugby player, will be at the event.

The celebration will also include complimentary hand massages, a discount in Kiehl's, free HIV testing and an opportunity to sign a panel that will be added to the globally recognized AIDS Memorial Quilt.

Kiehl's will be donating up to $150,000 to amfAR this year. The brand will also present a check of $5,000 to Philadelphia FIGHT.
