Nothing says summer like rocking on the porch swing and sipping a tall glass of iced tea. What else could you ask for?

Booze, of course!

But let's leave this to the professionals. To celebrate National Iced Tea Day, here are five local tea-infused cocktails you ought to try immediately.

Lapsang Dance - Bing Bing Dim Sum

1648 East Passyunk Ave
(The Lapsang Dance cocktail, pictured left. Bing Bing Dim Sum/Facebook.)

This is one of two tea-based options at Bing Bing Dim Sum: Lapsang Dance, made with black tea, rum and coconut, is for one. If you're with a group, grab a large pitcher of their Tiger Style cocktail. It kicks with bourbon and is flavored with ginger beer and barley tea.

Philadelphia Fish House Punch - Village Whiskey

118 South 20th St.

Sweet and refreshing, this cocktail has the traditional iced tea taste that you're looking for with a pomegranate brew, plus the kick of brandy and other ingredients. It's perfect to pair with their delicious burgers and sandwiches (the pulled-pork is highly recommended). Oh, and the pickles. You absolutely have to try their pickles, enhanced with everything from tomatoes to cauliflower.

Long Island Iced Tea - Oscar's Tavern

This one's not for the faint of heart. Oscar's 23-ounce take on this classic is free poured, which amounts to approximately six shots. Advice: Split this $13 behemoth with a friend, unless you're really looking to party. There's a reason this place has a reputation as one of the city's best bars, and their giant Long Island iced-tea reinforces that belief.

Trans Siberian - Charlie Was a Sinner

131 South 13th St.

While tea isn't the featured flavor in this drink, the green tea nicely complements the flavors of wine and basil in this cocktail. Enjoy this with the kitchen's wide selection of vegan options, including grilled asparagus and crispy tofu rolls.

The London Fog - The Dandelion

124 South 18th St.
(The London Fog cocktail at The Dandelion. The Dandelion/Facebook)

The London Fog's taste is described as "floral" by the staff. Earl Grey tea mixed with gin provides a lighter cocktail, which is perfect for summer at The Dandelion's outdoor seating. Not a drinker? This is also a perfect place for afternoon tea, as their offering of eats and beverages will make you feel like you're in the heart of London.
