Each year since 2011, The Drag Company of the Attic Youth Center has put on a drag show called Sweethearts and Red Hots for an amazing cause: to raise money for youth workshops on leadership and civic engagement. This year is no different and the show will go on Friday, Feb. 20.

The Attic Youth Center, as the city's only independent LGBTQ youth center, works to build community among LGBTQ youth and foster in them a sense of independence and citizenship. They also promote widespread LGBTQ acceptance in the community at large.

What could be better than attending a fun night of entertainment while raising funds for youth programs? Check out the event trailer below, directed by Loran Grishow-Schade, for a taste of what's to come.
