Longwood Gardens will bring back its holiday light show "A Longwood Christmas" on Nov. 24. A half-million lights illuminate the gardens, fountains dance to holiday music and the conservatory showcases seasonal plants and decorated trees.

Here's all the work that goes into transforming the conservatory for the holidays:

Check out the Music Room when visiting, too. There will be an 18-foot tree decorated with a garland of musical instruments.

Just make sure to bundle up for "A Longwood Christmas," since the majority of the displays are outside.

For those looking to warm up on the walk, there will be fire pits in three locations: Hour Glass Lake Pavilion, Peirce-du Pont House Plaza and Dogwood Plaza. They'll be available every night from 4:30-10:00 p.m., weather permitting.

Timed admission tickets required for "A Longwood Christmas."
