Know the difference between turtles, tortoises and terrapins? The new two-day event at the Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University aims to educate visitors on the reptiles. Totally Turtles Weekend will kick off on June 4, with scheduled activities starting at 11 a.m. Both dates will feature the same schedule.

A 1 p.m. there will be an auditorium show, where attendees will learn what makes a turtle, tortoise and terrapin different. Before or after the presentation, learn turtle facts, examine turtle fossils and sit for a face-painting session to transform into a "Ninja Turtles" character.

Other scheduled events will be storytime at 2 p.m. and a live turtle competition at 11:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m. or  3:30 p.m. The turtles will race to catch and eat crickets for their lunchtime snack.

All activities are free with general admission to the museum.
