Are you wearing your Red Nose today?

For charity.

Red Nose Day is a big deal in the U.K., but this is only the second year it's happening stateside. Basically: People buy red foam noses and wear them to raise money and awareness for children's charities. (Red Nose Day is not, despite rumors going around this office, "like The Purge but for clowns.") You can buy a nose at Walgreens or make a donation at RedNoseDay.org. As you can see from these pictures, we [at PhillyVoice.com] did our very small part. Yes, we feel a little silly, and sure our breathing is hindered a bit, and maybe there's a whiff of chemicals with every inhale — but it's for a good cause. Unless you're Voldemort, you should get with this, too.
