Hotel management company TJM Atlantic City has paid $15 million for the Radisson Philadelphia Northeast in Trevose, Pennsylvania, the Philadelphia Business Journal reported.
In Atlantic City, TJM also owns the historic Claridge Hotel, built during the roaring twenties, and the Atlantic Club, one of several casinos that have been shut down in the Boardwalk Empire town.
Amenities of the Radisson include 19 meeting rooms, 274 guest rooms, the largest hotel ballroom facility in the region, and 20,000 square feet of function space. It caters to businesses and families visiting Philly or the Sesame Place theme park (or, for less family-friendly activity, the Parx Casino in Bensalem).
The real estate firm is a subsidiary of Florida company TJM Properties, Inc, which operates over 850 properties, according to its website.
