Chase Utley may have been traded from the Phillies to the Los Angeles Dodgers, but this will still always be his home, right?
Well, maybe. The baseball star has taken the final step to show he's moved on from Philly: He put his Gladwyne home up for sale for just under $3.5 million.

As the Los Angeles Times reported, Utley bought the house for $2.325 million in 2013. It also used to be home to basketball player Allen Iverson, who sold the property in 2006.
It's a stately two-story brick home in the Colonial style. As the real estate listing explains, Utley completed a "meticulous top-to-bottom renovation," completely gutting the inside to replace it with an open, California-style layout. Chic features include a gorgeous saltwater swimming pool, an elevated back deck and enormous Palladian windows.
The home is being sold by BHHS Fox & Roach, Realtors.
