Can't choose between cardio or yoga as your favorite fitness workout? The Fairmount Park Conservancy, in partnership with Philadelphia Parks and Recreation, has a solution.

On Sunday, March 20, begin your workout with a 3.5-mile group run through the trails of Fairmount Park's Belmont Plateau. Running coach John Goldthorp, founder of Fix Your Run, will lead the pack.

The run will begin and end at the Fairmount Park Horticulture Center.

After the run, there will be a 45-minute yoga class led by local teacher Emile Sorger of Yoga and Movement Sanctuary. Participants are asked to bring their own mats and water.

The next session at the Horticulture Center isn't scheduled until May, so take advantage of the March event.
