'The Daily Show' to film in Philadelphia during Democratic National Convention

Four episodes will be filmed and broadcast from the University of Pennsylvania's Annenberg Center July 26-29

“The Daily Show” will broadcast four shows in Philadelphia while the city hosts the Democratic National Convention this summer, Philadelphia Magazine reports.

A press statement obtained by the magazine said ‘The Daily Show’ along with its host Trevor Noah will air from the University of Pennsylvania’s Annenberg Center from July 26-29.

The show previously aired in Philadelphia in 2000 when the city hosted the Republican National Convention.
