John Fetterman, the mayor of Braddock, Pennsylvania, who is seeking a seat in the U.S. Senate, issued a rather pithy comment Tuesday about Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.

The statement is exactly five words long.

“Donald Trump is a jagoff,” said Fetterman, who also included a Wikipedia link for those not familiar with the western-Pennsylvania term.

Those choice words were delivered just two weeks after Fetterman released a campaign video which touched on his family's personal ties to immigration, specifically his wife, Gisele, who "fled a violent situation in Brazil and came to this country undocumented when she was a young girl."

Fetterman's opponents in the primary to face incumbent U.S. Sen. Pat Toomey in next year's general election – Joe Sestak and Katie McGinty – didn't issue similar statements. However, the former will be in Philadelphia later this week to discuss military approaches to defeating ISIS and the latter received some endorsements today at Philadelphia City Hall.
