A Fishtown Neighbors Association meeting will determine the course of the proposed hotel at 1220 Frankford Ave., just down the street from Frankford Hall and Johnny Brenda's.

A rendering of the project, designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, shows a five-story structure with a rooftop pool extending over the edge of the building. The underside of the pool would hang about 63 feet above the street, however, it could be positioned lower pending the input of a structural engineer and pool consultant.
Other details about the hotel proposal remain limited. A blueprint of the floor plans does show that the building would include coworking space on several floors.
Tuesday night's meeting will also cover the issue of a proposal to redraw property lines to create three lots out of two existing lots between 2208-2212 E. Fletcher St.
The meeting will be held from 7 p.m.-8 p.m. at the Fishtown Rec Center, 1202 E. Montgomery Ave.
