A federal jury found a former Brink's armored car employee guilty Monday with two counts of bank theft and one count of possession of a firearm with an obliterated, altered or removed serial number, the U.S. District Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania said in a statement.

On Feb. 15, 2011, and March 1, 2011, Tanika Victoria Little, 36, of Philadelphia, came into possession of $110,000 worth of incorrectly routed bags of cash. The cash was supposed to go to Bank of America in Drexel Hill.

Between March 2 and June 11 of 2011, Little deposited $41,840 worth of cash into three bank accounts. She later purchased $13,000 worth of 27 money orders in an eight-hour period. Little also reported in 2011 that she had paid $25,000 in interior and exterior home improvements.

Little faces 30 to 37 months in prison, up to $2.1 million in fines, a $300 special assessment and up to five years of supervised release. She is scheduled to be sentenced in June.
