Streamline, a Philadelphia-based real estate developer, is set to break ground on The North Liberty Triangle this Fall. The developer is hosting a free festival in Northern Liberties this Saturday at 1102 N 2nd Street to celebrate the launch of their new mixed-use construction project.

The festival kicks off at Noon and will feature a beer garden, food trucks, live music and boutique vendors from local businesses in the surrounding neighborhoods. Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn more about the forthcoming community and inquire about purchasing a home. The 84-condominium development at The North Liberty Triangle is expected to offer residents a fitness center, courtyard, parking, balcony views and commercial retail.
