Transform your ordinary breakfast routine by treating yourself to a Greek yogurt parfait! The velvety yogurt base sets the stage for the burst of delicious flavors in each nutritious layer. Top it off with fresh mint leaves and enjoy right away, or store it in the fridge for later!

Greek Yogurt Parfaits

Ingredients:
• 2 cups of plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
• 1 cup of mixed berries
• ¼ to ½ cup of granola
• ¼ cup of hemp seeds (any nuts or seeds will work)

Directions:

  1. Using 4 small containers (or cups), layer in ingredients starting with the Greek yogurt (about 1/4 cup each). Add on the berries, granola, and seeds/nuts.
  2. Put two layers of each ingredient in the cup and top with fresh mint leaves (optional).
  3. Enjoy immediately or cover and store in the fridge until ready to eat.
